Tufts Career Center, Tufts Consulting Collective, and 180 Degrees Consulting present the annual Consulting Career Forum on February 6th, 2016. The event will involve various sessions presented by professionals in the consulting industry. There are 100 spots reserved for students. Please RSVP at the provided link to secure a spot!

***SESSION DESCRIPTIONS***
Session Name: GETTING STARTED AS A CONSULTANT
Description: Entering the world of Consulting can be both exciting and daunting. Young alumni will discuss how to successfully navigate the interview and internship process, a day in the life of a first year, and how to build a career path as the first few years unfold.

Session Name: BOUTIQUE CONSULTING
Description: Consulting can be broken into very specific fields including Financial, Economic, Health Care, and Data Analytics to name a few. Hear from consultants in varying niche fields about their industries and careers, and why choosing a boutique was right for them.

Session Name: MANAGEMENT / STRATEGIC CONSULTING
Description: The most well-known areas of the industry are Management & Strategic Consulting. Consultants in this sector help companies tackle their biggest challenges from an unbiased, 3rd party perspective. Hear how different organizations complete their goals.

Session Name: CONSULTANT TO MBA AND BACK
Description: If your plans include going to Business School after a stint as a consultant this is the session for you. Hear how consultants and a current MBA Candidate positioned themselves to get accepted into an MBA program, and how they transitioned (or are planning to transition) back into consulting after graduation.

Session Name: LANDING A JOB / INTERNSHIP IN CONSULTING
Description: Get the inside scoop on the networking, application, and interviewing process from recruiters, and consultants that have recently gone through the process.

- 9:30am - 9:40am: Registration & Networking with Coffee & Bagels
- 9:40am - 10:30am: Keynote
- 10:45am - 11:30am: Panel Series #1
- 11:45am - 12:30pm: Panel Series #2
- 12:30pm - 2:00pm: Lunch & Networking
- 2:00pm - 3:00pm: Case Prep Led by Consultants
