The response to racism in America is on the rise. People are starting to talk, but we need to take that conversation a step further. If you think that the conversation about mental health is lacking, then imagine the lack of conversation about mental health in people of color.

Scientific studies have shown that the presence of racism in everyday life can effect a person's mental health in drastic ways. Let's talk about it. Let's make a change.
