Attention all!
The MOC is hosting it's annual inter-university competition: WINTER OLYMPICS! The event is taking place January 22nd-24th.

Here are some of the activities we're going to be having to give you a taste of what you’re in for:
-Backcountry Bushwack
-Ice Climber’s Revenge
-LumberJack-Off
-Quinzee Building Competition

These are the top 5 reasons why you should make the trek to the MOC House this January!

4. You’ve been dying to have an outdoors weekend and this is the perfect opportunity

To sign up, come to MOC office hours (http://www.mcgilloutdoorsclub.ca/officehours) or to the general meetings on Wednesday at 7:30 in the Lev Buhkman room. The price for the trip is 70$ (including the bus there and back). You can also pay 55$ and make own your way up to the house. SPOTS ARE FILLING UP FAST. If you don't want to miss the greatest weekend ever, sign up NOW!

Busses are leaving the Roddick Gates at 8:00pm Friday Jan 22, and returning to the Roddick Gates at 4:00pm Jan 24.

Wondering where you'll be sleeping? The MOC has a club house 45 minutes North of Montreal that can house over 100+ participants. Members are welcome to sleep inside the house, or camp in the front or back yards. If you are bringing a winter tent, please email frosh@mcgilloutdoorsclub.ca.

PACKING LIST
Winter exercise clothes (under armour, long underwear, fleece)
Winter jacket
Snow Pants
Hat, gloves, scarf
Winter boots
Sleeping bag
Toiletries

If you have any of these items, please bring them, though they are not required.
Xcountry Skis (+boots/poles)
Skates
Hockey stick
Snow shoes
Winter tent + winter sleeping bag (if you want to camp outside the House)
