We’re trying to make Harvard a happier campus, and you can help make that happen!

What it is: The Happiness Challenge is an 8 week program during which a new challenge related to healthy living and habit forming is given to you each week. The weekly themes are selected based on habits and activities that have been empirically shown to improve mental, emotional, and physical wellness.

How it works: We’ll send you an email with the week’s challenge along with a short check-in form for you to record your progress. We’ll raffle off prizes for 3-5 people each week. Want to meet other challengers? Come to our Saturday brunches and other fun events planned throughout the semester! At the end, everyone who completed all the check-ins will be come a Challenge Champion!

Who we are: The Harvard Happiness Project and Health Advocacy Program is co-coordinating this year's challenge. We are so excited!

When does it start: The Challenge will go from February 14-April 9, with a fun event to celebrate at the end!

What's in it for me? Well, apart from increased wellbeing and activities focused on wellness, prizes include: • gift cards from restaurants and shops in the square • movie ticket vouchers • free access to events • private free fitness class for winner and their friends at the Rec Center • free chair massages • free yoga class at local yoga studio • coupons • and much more!

But the greatest prize of all is your HAPPINESS! :)
