Calling all Berklee Songwriters, this is your new home! Well, kind of. I mean, it could be your new home!
Wondering what the club is all about? Well, let me give you a quick rundown of how week 1 went:
About 16 of us got together and introduced ourselves, talked and got to know eachother for a bit, and then we all broke off into groups of two/three. Each group went off to their own corner of the building -- either to a piano room or their own special spot -- and wrote a song. Then, for the last 15 minutes, we all came back and shared what we had. It was awesome.
We're always looking for new ways to improve the meetings, with suggestions like song topic challenges for each week, bigger group size challenges, etc., so if that sounds interesting to you, definitely come and join us! Invite your friends! Invite your family! Invite your friend's family! Invite that guy who shines shoes on the corner of Boylston and Mass Ave!!!
The Berklee Co-Writers club meets up every Tuesday om 7:00-9:00pm in room 177 of the 150 building, come hang out!
