Our purpose is to use yoga and other meditation methods to create a mindful, accepting environment in which we can feel free creatively and emotionally. We want to create a safe environment for Music Education students to be able explore ourselves and the challenges we face in a classroom environment. This club will give students an opportunity to both lead activities and find time to relax and ground ourselves.
We meet every Sunday at noon in 22 Fenway, Rm 304.
