The Harvard Happiness Project is an organization seeking to promote happiness and well-being on campus. Several projects within our organization include study breaks, nap space, and, our biggest project yet, the Happiness Semester Challenge. You may have previously seen us with fixtures such as the HappyNest or the Harvard Happy Hunt.
The Happiness Semester Challenge is a semester-long collaborative project of weekly challenges to advocate a healthy lifestyle. Past challenges have included exercising, getting off campus and exploring Boston, socializing, and relaxing.
If you're still interested in getting involved, email Cindy Shih at cshih@college.harvard.edu or if you have any questions. If you're currently involved, make sure to check-in weekly for a chance to win awesome prizes!
