Latinos in Health Careers is a pre-professional and student-run organization at Harvard College, whose objective is to provide undergraduate students with the resources to fully pursue their interests in a health profession.
We hold various events throughout the year to provide guidance to pre-medical and pre-graduate students as they go forth to enter careers related to health or biomedical sciences.
All undergraduate students are welcome especially those interested in medicine and the health sciences! Latin-American health care issues will be emphasized and our central goal will be to promote and ensure the success of culturally aware health care providers and to foster a feeling of commitment to underserved populations.
Together, in conjunction with the support of the Harvard faculty and community, we strive to become both compassionate and effective health care leaders and providers in our immediate realm and throughout the world.
