Primary Care Progress is a community of clinicians, trainees and patients committed to transforming America’s broken primary healthcare system.
Primary Care Progress aims to bring together the different communities that see the reinvigoration of primary care as essential to fixing America’s healthcare system.
Those communities include patients, physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and medical trainees.
Those communities will come together to:
1) Better understand the value created by effective primary healthcare systems and the multitude of innovations occurring across the nation that are transforming care delivery.
2) Share knowledge, resources and skill sets related to the medical trainee’s experience of and role in primary healthcare delivery transformation.
3) Obtain information, resources, and support as they work to engage their local primary healthcare communities and promote primary healthcare on local, regional, and national levels.
Additionally, Primary Care Progress seeks to empower patients as members of both their healthcare team and the movement to transform primary care in ways that improve their health and the health of their community.
