The University Chorale of Boston College is one of the largest, most visible and prestigious student organization on campus, consisting of about 160 members and performing various concerts throughout the year.

The University Chorale was founded in 1913 and we were so excited to celebrate our 100th year along with the sesquicentennial anniversary of Boston College last year. Our group remains one of the few organizations on campus permitted to travel internationally. This year, we had the opportunity to spend spring break touring Barcelona and Madrid, Spain! In addition to our various performances in incredible venues including La Sagrada Familia, we had the chance to do plenty of sightseeing and experience the culture and nightlife of the magnificent cities. Next year, we will return to one of our favorite tour destinations--Ireland!

Along with the spring break tour, seasonal performances, and our always sold-out Christmas concert series, we have several other performances throughout the school year. We perform with the Boston Pops at "POPS on the Heights!" during Parents' Weekend, as well as at ArtsFest, Baccalaureate Mass, and Commencement every spring. To help celebrate the sesquicentennial last year, we were invited to sing at the Mass of the Holy Spirit at Fenway Park and at Boston's Symphony Hall.
