We meet every other week to discuss the art, politics, and production of cheese, and of course to eat, as well.
Established in 2013, the Tufts Cheese Club is Tufts' premier group dedicated to the proliferation of knowledge of cheese and the fine foods which are often paired with it. The club meets once every two weeks for a cheese tasting and discussion. Additionally, we partner with other campus groups and academic departments (for example, BEATS and the Department of Anthropology) to select and prepare cheese for events. We also host our own events, like fondue nights.
