We are very excited to welcome you all back to reVERB (after what was hopefully a restful break) with this exciting event in collaboration with Berklee Student Activities as a celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the poetry of Maya Angelou, and the artwork of local collage artist and founder of My Best Self Art + Graphic Design, Monicka Hasan!

We invite you all to bring your poems in celebration of, or tribute to, these visionaries, artists, and powerful people and their work in the world. The featured set will include poems written by reVERB and Boston area poets specifically for this event, inspired by the collage artwork of Monicka Hasan - see more about her work at www.mybestself.org
