Trek across the East Coast to Harvard University this February to join the largest gathering of first-generation college students, a community unlike anything else. Being amongst the first in your family to attend college is a tremendous accomplishment but no easy feat. For this weekend, find yourself in a community of fellow first-gen students--advocates, scholars, game-changers, and future leaders--dedicated to changing our schools and communities for the better.

The Harvard College First Generation Student Union will host the second annual 1vyG Conference, which will bring together students, administrators, alumni and community partners to strengthen and empower the first-generation community for collective change. This year's theme is “More than a Moment: Exploring the First Generation Student Experience and Defining an Agenda for Change.”
