MIT Gilbert and Sullivan Players are pleased to announce auditions for our Spring production of Patience; or, Bunthorne's Bride. Singers and performers of all levels welcome!
Auditions will be held:
Wed, Feb 3, 7:00-10:00 - Private Dining Rooms 1&2 (3rd Fl, Building W20)
Thurs, Feb 4, 7:00-10:00 - Private Dining Rooms 1&2 (3rd Fl, Building W20)
Sat, Feb 6, 2:00-5:00 - Room 407 (Building W20)
No appointment necessary, auditions are first-come, first-served. Note that there is no Friday audition time!
How to audition:
Please prepare one song or aria in English. An additional piece in any language is optional. Please bring sheet music for our accompanist. Also note our student casting policy: Any MIT student capable of performing a role will be given casting priority over other candidates.

Tech Week is Mon 4/25 - Thu 4/28
Performances: Fri 4/29, Sat 4/30, Sun 5/1, Thu 5/5, Fri 5/6, and Sat 5/7
About the show:
Two poets -- one a narcissist fraud, the other a true believer -- vie for the very practical and unpoetical heart of Patience, a village milkmaid, but their feverish rivalry upsets a whole community, drawing affection and ire from all who are swept up in their poetic fads!
