PSBC'S FRIENDS AND FAMILY WEEKEND!
Our overall theme for this year is Pagsisikap, which is defined as perseverance. Everybody has struggles that they've had to overcome and in the Philippines there have been many facing hardships from natural disasters, many immigrating to find a better life for their children, and even many facing the difficulties of the Asian American Heritage. We would like everybody to recognize that even through these challenging times that everybody has pagsisikap that can keep them going.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 19th:
PSBC will be hosting a banquet full of amazing food, time for bonding and a very special guest. We are proud of announce that Ruby Veridiano will be speaking about the empowerment of Asian American identity. Ruby is a writer, speaker, TV host, and social responsibility consultant born in Manila, Philippines. She is a big advocate for Asian American communities as well as co-founder of iLL-Literacy, which is a youth program promoting spoken word, stemming from her voice to empower women. So come have an evening with her and all of us at 6pm in the fancy McElroy Faculty Dining Room. It's a FREE banquet for all of our members.
